We're two brothers making wine in Margaret River, Western Australia. The process is simple. We hand pick the best quality, most nutritious fruit grown by farmers who respect the terrain. After that we can keep the complex use of additive based processing out of the picture by implementing traditional hand-made winemaking techniques. Right on!
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grew up in Wilyabrup during the year of 2017. The berries, hand-picked and crafted into a rather bold yet fruit forward wine. Tastes like a hearty red, sitting by the fire.
The 2018 "The Murray" is the coming together of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Petit Verdot. The Wilyabrup hand-picked fruit got together during a wild ferment, bonded within a basket press and hung-out in barrel.
This wine is 100% hand-picked Cabernet Sauvignon. Using a tradition approach to winemaking this fruit forward red lives preservative free with a bright future and is ready to splash.
The 2019 “Birdie” Cabernet Franc pops with strong young fruits and berries and with only 12.5% Alc/Vol this light red is delicious after a quick chill on a summers evening. Think Christmas cake icing, rose water, mince pie, pepper n spice. Hand picked, wild fermented, basket pressed, unfiltered/unfined, hand bottled. Only 274 bottles produced."

The Cosmo is a special number, blending half Original X and half Birdie together to make a preservative free dream. We don't have many wines to market but this is definitely a favourite of ours.
