This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grew up in Wilyabrup during the year of 2017. The berries, hand-picked and crafted into a rather bold yet fruit forward wine. Tastes like a hearty red, sitting by the fire.

Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2018 “The Murray” is the coming together of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Petit Verdot. The hand-picked Wilyabrup fruit got together during a wild ferment, bonded within a basket press and hung-out in barrel.

The 2019 “The Murray” is the third instalment of the namesake. Featuring 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot. A lighter touch red that still holds rich fruit flavour, smooth on the palate and 100% yummy.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Each year our “Original X” Preservative Free Cabernet Sauvignon is Hand picked, wild fermented, basket pressed, unfiltered, unfined, no added sulphur and hand bottled. We recommending drinking these wines within a couple years to preserve their fruit forward structure.

2020 “Cosmo” Cabernet Franc, Malbec & Merlot
The Cosmo is a special number, blending half a barrel of Cabernet Franc with other things we find delicious over vintage. Hand picked, wild fermented, basket pressed, unfiltered, unfined, minimal sulphur, hand bottled. 270 bottles produced each year.

This is our Summer Red. We made this as a blend between our 2021 “Original X” and a barrel of Merlot Rose. It’s light, fruity, quaffable.

2020 “Birdie”
Cabernet Franc
Our 2020 “Birdie” Cabernet Franc sings with young fruit, berry and spice with only 12.9% Alc/Vol. This light red is delicious after a quick chill on a summers evening. Think Christmas cake icing, rose water, mince pie, pepper n spice. Hand picked, wild fermented, basket pressed, unfiltered, unfined, minimal sulphur, hand bottled. Only 270 bottles produced each year.

2021 “Bobbles”
Petillant Naturel
“All merlot, whole bunch pressed, from Margaret River, turned into a pet nat. And a ripper one at that.
This is pale and pretty, delivers a big hit of rose water and white strawberry in scent and flavour. It’s incredibly saline and minerally to sip on, righteously so and right in the zone for interest and high drinkability. Bubbles are compact, tight and vibrant. Energy to burn. Good feel, good vibes.”
