Our first Chenin Blanc is sourced from 100% certified organic fruit from the heart of Wilyabrup. Our grapes are hand picked, wild fermented in barrel and bottle unfilter, unfined with minimal sulphur. Think lemon zest, lemon curd, smooth yet refreshing.

This is pale and pretty, delivers a big hit of rose water and white strawberry in scent and flavour. It’s incredibly saline and minerally to sip on, righteously so and right in the zone for interest and high drinkability. Bubbles are compact, tight and vibrant. Energy to burn. Good feel, good vibes.”

The Cosmo is a special one. We blend half a barrel of Cabernet Franc with other things we find delicious over vintage. Hand picked, wild fermented, basket pressed, unfiltered, unfined with minimal sulphur, hand bottled. Roughly 288 bottles produced each year.
2022 “Original X”
Each year our “Original X” Preservative Free Cabernet Sauvignon is hand picked, wild fermented, basket pressed, unfiltered, unfined, no added sulphur and hand bottled. We recommending drinking these wines within a couple years to preserve their fruit forward structure.
This year Morris Malbec is hand picked, wild fermented, basket pressed, unfiltered, unfined and hand bottled. On the pallet its rich yet approachable. Plums, dried fruits, light tannin structure and balanced acidity. Moorish.

Our 2020 “Birdie” Cabernet Franc sings with young fruit, berry and spice with only 12.9% Alc/Vol. This light red is delicious after a quick chill on a summers evening. Think Christmas cake icing, rose water, mince pie, pepper n spice. Hand picked, wild fermented, basket pressed, unfiltered, unfined, minimal sulphur, hand bottled. Only 288 bottles produced each year.
