We're two brothers making wine in Margaret River, Western Australia. The process is simple. We hand pick the best quality, most nutritious fruit grown by farmers who respect the terrain. After that we can keep the complex use of additive based processing out of the picture by implementing traditional hand-made winemaking techniques. Right on!


2017 "The Murray" Cabernet Sauvignon

This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grew up in Wilyabrup during the year of 2017. The berries, hand-picked and crafted into a rather bold yet fruit forward wine. Tastes like a hearty red, sitting by the fire.

2018 "The Murray" Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2018 "The Murray" is the coming together of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Petit Verdot. The Wilyabrup hand-picked fruit got together during a wild ferment, bonded within a basket press and hung-out in barrel.

Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is 100% hand-picked Cabernet Sauvignon. Using a tradition approach to winemaking this fruit forward red lives preservative free with a bright future and is ready to splash.


2020 "Birdie"
Cabernet Franc

The 2020 “Birdie” Cabernet Franc sings with young fruit, berry and spice with only 12.9% Alc/Vol. This light red is delicious after a quick chill on a summers evening. Think Christmas cake icing, rose water, mince pie, pepper n spice. Hand picked, wild fermented, basket pressed, unfiltered/unfined, minimal sulphur, hand bottled. Only 270 bottles produced.”

2019 "Cosmo"
Cab Sauv + Franc

The Cosmo is a special number, blending half Original X and half Birdie together to make a preservative free dream. We don't have many wines to market but this is definitely a favourite of ours.


2020 "Bobbles"
Malbec Merlot Pet Nat

Our 2020 Pet Nat is the first from our vintages at Felix Caspar. The experiment began with 50% Malbec and 50% Merlot soaked for 24 hours and subsequently whole bunch pressed to barrel ferment. When nearing completion of the ferment we then transferred to bottle with a little cloud to naturally carbonate and there ya have it. Rich and viscous, fizzy and fun. Comes as two label collection of “Bobbles” under pressure ;) 12.1% Alc/Vol.
