Our 2023 “Birdie” Cabernet Franc sings with young fruit, berry and spice. This light red is delicious with hints of Christmas cake icing, rose water, mince pie, pepper ‘n spice. Hand picked, wild fermented, basket pressed, unfiltered, unfined, minimal sulphur, hand bottled. Only 1-2 barrels bottled each year.
